Janet Brush has a Masters in Social Work, a Masters of Science in Gerontology from USC and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of California. She also has a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration. Janet has extensive experience in the field of Gerontology including working with a variety of issues such as dementia, depression, care giving and other problems associated with the aging process. In addition to her work in the private sector, Janet has worked in a variety of hospital settings including the New York University Aging and Dementia Research Center and Cedars Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles.

Executive Director

Tanya Trapani has a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from University of Hawaii. Prior to joining Senior Alternatives, she spent 13 years working in the Financial Services industry, focusing on marketing and client relationship management. Tanya is delighted to bring her financial and business management experience to the Senior Alternatives’ Team.

Director of Care Management

Anna Le Mon has Masters of Social Work, a Masters of Public Health from Columbia University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of California. Her most recent experience is from Evolent Health where she assisted clients in the Next Gen ACO Program with their care planning and coordination. Previously, Anna has worked at Brown and Toland Physicians, San Francisco Health Plan, Portola Family Connections and St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center. In addition to her social work/program management experience, Anna has also been a presenter at various local and national conferences including Society for Public Health Education, San Francisco Aging and Technology Disability Summit and the United States AIDS Conference. Anna is also proficient in the Spanish and French languages.

Geriatric Care Manager

Robin Sanow has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California at Berkeley and has been a Registered Nurse in the Sate of California for many years. Her social work experience began with volunteering at the Berkeley Women’s Health Collective and then as a Medical Social Worker at Alta Bates Hospital. The majority of Robin’s career was with Alameda County Adult Services, specifically Adult Protective Services. She was a member of the Alameda County Adult Fiduciary Abuse Team; she also collaborated with the 15 police departments in Alameda County and the District Attorney’s Office. Her self-proclaimed greatest learning experience with seniors has been in caring for her own parents, which provided her great insight, practical knowledge, and experience with compassion.

Geriatric Care Manager

Pamela Smith has a Masters of Social Work from the University of Connecticut. She most recently worked for many years as a behavioral health clinician and medical social worker with the San Francisco Department of Public Health, at the Potrero Hill Health Center. There, she provided assessment, brief therapy and case management services to clinic patients. Pam previously worked as a medical social worker for an organization in Oakland that provides medical social services to seniors and persons with disabilities.

Geriatric Care Manager

Daniela Wotke has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s of Nursing Degree from the University of California at San Francisco. After moving to the San Francisco Bay Area in the late 1990’s, Daniela began her career as a medical case manager, assisting unhoused individuals living with advanced HIV.  Most recently, Daniela served as a patient navigator in Highland Hospital’s emergency room, guiding individuals through complex healthcare systems with empathy and expertise.

Veronica Sibley has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Whitman College and brings over 20 years of experience in the senior living industry. Prior to joining Senior Alternatives, Veronica held several positions as a Regional Sales Manager, most recently leading a sales team at Senior Resource Group. Veronica brings her expertise in business development and a vast network of contacts in the senior health care industry. Veronica is proficient in Spanish.

Maria Sarria has a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with focus in Accounting, Business Economics and Finance. For over 17 years, Maria has worked for both non-profit organizations and private corporations. She specializes in financial reporting, accurate payroll processing and compliance with laws and best practices. Maria is proficient in Spanish.

She is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of clients and their loved ones, and is committed to ensuring that every family receives compassionate, personalized support.

In addition to her caregiving background, Richina has over 10 years of experience providing business administration support across a variety of industries. She brings to the team a unique blend of direct care expertise and organizational support, with a strong commitment to serving clients and their families.
